Yes, according to our Refund Policy you can request a refund if Safecurrency.com did not send the cryptocurrency to the user requested address.

If Safecurrency.com already sent the cryptocurrency to the customer, but the customer wants a refund, Safecurrency would be able to buy it back based on the current market rate minus the service fee for the transaction.
